A FCPAi shall always demonstrate a pledge to diligence in the performance of his or her duties and professionalism.

A FCPAi shall never take part in any unlawful or unethical conduct, or any activity which would constitute a conflict of interest.
A FCPAi shall, always, exhibit the utmost level of integrity in the performance of all professional duties, and will accept only duties for which there is reasonable expectation that the assignment will be completed with professional competency.
A FCPAi will be abided by with the lawful orders of the courts, and will testify to matters honestly and impartially or without prejudice.
A FCPAi in conducting investigation, will obtain documents or evidence to establish a reasonable basis for any opinion provided. No opinion shall be articulated regarding the innocence or guilt of any party or person.
A FCPAi shall not reveal any confidential information obtained during a professional appointment without proper authorization and endorsement.
A FCPAi shall divulge all material matters revealed during the course of an investigation, which, if omitted, could cause a distortion or misrepresentation of the facts.
A FCPAi shall constantly strive to enhance the proficiency and efficiency of professional services performed under his or her direction.
